BE APART OF THE MOVEMENT:
Girls’ flag football is on the rise—participation jumped from 419,000 in 2022 to 547,000 in 2023, with even more growth expected as the sport debuts in the 2028 Olympics.

In partnership with NAYS (National Alliance for Youth Sports), CVille Parks & Rec, and both professional and collegiate athletes through CAVFutures, HER SPORTS delivers high energy clinics, camps, and leadership workshops that fuel engagement and elevate the game.

HER SPORTS coaches are USA Football certified, ensuring safe, high-quality, and age-appropriate instruction for all athletes.

Flag Football builds agility, strategy, and confidence in a fast, non-contact format—while creating a powerful sisterhood where girls grow together, lead boldly, and make HERstory every play.
