HER SPORTS DAY is a free, community event designed to empower girls ages 14 and under through sports, health, and wellness. The day features hands-on sports development stations led by partnering organizations, collegiate athletes, and high school leaders. Families can also enjoy access to health resources, interactive workshops, food, entertainment, bounce houses, and plenty of fun and connection for all.
